Shipping + Handling

Shipping:

You will receive your order anywhere from 3-7 business days after the date that your order was placed. 

You will receive a shipping notification via email with a tracking number included once your order is processed.

Due to COVID-19 shipping is taking longer than usual, and could be delayed. We thank you for your patience.

Lost or Order not Received:

Please check your status on USPS.COM for all tracking information. If there is any reason your package does not make it or is stolen/ lost in U.S Mail, AnnClaire is not responsible. Once a package shows that it has been scanned into the USPS system, they are responsible for your package. If you do not receive your merchandise or miss the delivery please contact USPS.COM or visit your local post office and provide them with the tracking number that was provided to you. They will further assist you in retrieving your merchandise or filing a claim.
